Ingredients: 1 (6 ounce) can frozen juice concentrate (100 percent juice) 2 cups nonfat plain yogurt 6 (5 ounce) paper cups 6 wooden sticks 11. Wash hands. 2. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. 3. Pour the mixture into paper cups (approximately 1/3 cup mixture per cup). 4. Insert a wooden stick for a handle. 5. Cover and freeze until firm. 6. To remove a pop, hold the paper cup under running tap water for a few seconds.

Trail Mix

Ingredients: 3 1/2 cups of assorted low-sugar cereals / 1 cup dried fruit pieces or raisins 1. Wash hands. 2. Have children measure the ingredients, into a large bowl of bag. , 3. Stir the ingredients in the bowl or shake the closed bag to mix the ingredients. Servings size is 1/2 cup. Serve with 1/2 cup milk for snack.
