NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL REVENUE BOND FINANCING BY THE
COUNTY OF RAPPAHANNOCK, VIRGINIA
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Rappahannock, Virginia (“Board”) shall hold a public hearing in accordance with §15.1-227.8 of the Code of Virginia of 1950, as amended, on the issuance by the County of Rappahannock, Virginia (“County”) of solid waste disposal revenue bonds (“Bonds”) in an original aggregate principal amount not to exceed One Million Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($1,650,000.00) to finance the construction of an expansion of the Rappahannock County Sanitary Landfill. Tire Board will consider a reso' lution authorizing the issuance of the bonds at its monthly meeting on September 7,1994. V The public hearing, which may lx? continued or adjourned, will be held before the Board at its meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Wednesday, September 7, 1994, at the Rappahannock County Courthouse, Gay Street, Washington, Virginia.
