Another neighbor, Danielle Hickox, said, “I have many concerns for the senior citizens living there. My concern is that they would slip and fall and there would notj, be enough insurance. I am worried that they might wander off, fall and sue either the Dileys or myself. Also* I think the road should be payed for easier access of rescue vehicles.

Mr. Diley said that he had commercial liability insurance and that it was no problem for him tOj obtain adequate insurance.
BZA member Jimmy Swindler asked if the Dileys had any plans for fencing. Mr. Diley said they did not have any concrete plans. County Administrator John McCarthy commented that a six foot fence would not keep anyone in anyway.
The special use permit was granted, subject to the following conditions: the permit runs with the applicants, not with the property; any sign erected will be on the Diley property; and floodlights will be turned off by 10:30 p.m. except for emergencies. I
