Registration Underway Rappahannock Athletic Association Baseball and Girls Softball 1996 season for mail-in registration is underway. Adult Education Classes Set Free adult education classes meet from 7-9 p.m. Monday and Wednesday evenings in the basement of the Rappahannock County Public Library. Because all study is individual, persons may join the class at any time. The staff requests that new students come for the first time on Wednesdays because there are more volunteers to help with intake on that evening.
