‘'■’The Wakefield Country Day School boys’ basketball team had two wins and two losses in the past week.
They defeated the Wakefield Marshall team 60 to 38. Chris Johnson led the WCDS Owls with 23 points and 10 rebounds. Tim Burke with 10 points and three steals, David Brandt with IS points and five rebounds and Andrew Inglis with nine rebounds contributed to the victory.
The boys picked up a 72 to 64 come-from-behind win over Emmanuel Christian Academy.
The Owls trailed 35 to 32 at half time and were still behind at the jthree-quarter mark, but a 25 point fourth quarter led to the victory.
David Brant led the scoring with 29 points and 11 rebounds. Andrew iNilan had 16 points and 7 rebounds,
|and Chris Johnson added 13 points land 9 rebounds.
