Property. Neither the Trustee nor the Noteholder will deliver possession of the Property to the Purchaser.
The purchaser will be required to pay all dosing and recording costs. Real estate taxes will be prorated as of the day .of sale. Risk of loss or damage shall be borne by the 'purchaser from and after the time of sale.
