municipal discharge in the National Park . is located on a natural trout stream that is proposed to be extended. Overall, it is not expected that these trout water amendments will incur a financial hardship to Rappahannock County. It is expected > these amendments will benefit the locality through proper protection of the aquatic life and recreational resources.
Sections 3 and 3a on page 102 are minor revisions which reflect existing scenic river designa■ tions and public water supply locations. Scenic river designations are listed in this regulation for informational purposes only. Any point source discharges to public water supplies . are required to meet instream water quality standards that are designed to protect human health via water and fish consumption and standards which protect the taste, odor and aestheoc qualities of the water supply as well as standards which protect the aquatic life in the stream.
