New Year’s holiday
closings announced In observance of the New Year’s holiday, the following offices and businesses will be closed or have a change in normal hours. The county government offices will be closed Dec. 31 and Jan. 3. The Rappahannock National Bank will close on Friday, Dec. 31 at 2 p.m. and resume normal hours on Jan. 3. F&M Bank in Flint Hill will close at 2 p.m. on New Yearns Eve. _
