programs and projects. As a community we can stand proud and point to our efforts as an example of what limitless energy and cooperation can produce for the children of Rappahannock.
It is unfortunate that there are forces that wish to temper these efforts. We must continue to work and improve. The work will not end and neither will my interest and involvement. I will continue to work actively to improve our educational system at both the local and sate levels. I encourage others of you who are committed to excellence in our schools to join me in this endeavor.
Again, I want to thank you for allowing me to serve. It has been truly gratifying.
