Jeff LeHew, president of Via Satellite in Front Royal has been recognized by the Satellite Broadcasting and Communications Association (SBCA) as the 1999 Business Leader of the Year.
The award goes to a satellite retailer who has implemented strong business standards, either in customer service, marketing or expanded product lines.
LeHew currently serves as vice chairman of the SBCA’s Retail Council, a position which is elected annually by the retailer members of the association. LeHew has been active with the association since 1986 and was first elected to the council in 1993. He was elected to the SBCA board of directors after serving only one two-year term as an at-large representative.
