M. Boyd, Jr., C.L.S., dated March 13, 1964, ,

which tract was conveyed to Robert Myers by

deed from Mary Frances Wells Robinson, et al,

dated August 27, 1966 and recorded in Deed

Book 87, page 51.

Three- that certain tract or parcel of land containing

1.00 acre as more particularly shown

and described according fo a plat and survey by

Walter M. Duncan, Surveyor, dated April 27,

1951, which tract was conveyed to Albert Carter

Jett and Bessie May Jett by deed from

Josephine L. Wells, et al, dated September 5,

1958 and recorded in Deed Book 88, page 72.

AND BEING the residue of the land conveyed to Thomas Wells as by Deed of Partition dated June 12, 1900 and recorded in Deed Book V, page 69 from Daniel Sloan, David L. Sloan and Adelaide Helen Moten conveyed to Thomas Wells (as the heirs at law of David Lloyd, deceased).

And it appearing by affidavit filed according to law that due diligence has been used by or on-behalf of the Complainants to ascertain in vjhat county, city or state the Defendant MAUDE T MORGAN, EMMA CLARK WELLS and MAR* L CALHOUN reside, without effect; and,

It further appearing that the above-named Defendant HELEN DRIVER is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia and her address is unknown; and,

It further appearing that the above-named Defendant MAURICE M. CARTER is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and his last known post office address is 2330 Good Hope Road, 9.E Apartment 1112, Washington, D.C., 20020; that’the above-named Defendant VONDELL CARTER is!not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and. his last known post office address is PH 1, Horizon House, 1300 Army Navy Drive, Arlington, Virginia 22202; and,

It further appearing that the heirs at law of JOSEPHINE L. WELLS, SOMERVILLE L. COLEMAN JACK LUCAS, ETHEL W WRIGHT, SAM WEllS CLARENCE WELLS, JOE TAYLOR, MARY. L CALHOUN, MAUDE T. MORGAN, EUGENE AUSTIN ROBINSON, ELMA CLARK WELLS, THOMAS WELLS, THOMAS WELLS, JR., MOLLIE WELLS LUCAS, BYRD WELLS, ANNIE BELL WELLS BRENT, TENA WELLS TAYLOR, JOHN THOMAS TAYLOR, CLARENCE TAYLOR, WILL LUCAS THOMAS WELLS, III, BERNARD WELLS, WILLIAM WELLS, HENRY WELLS, LILLIAN B. CARTER, SOMERVILLE B MONROE, MARY FRANOES WELLS ROBINSON, LIZZIE WELLS, MARYLOUISA WELLS, JOSEPHINE SESSION ftnd ROBERT ROBINSON who now are or may be deceased, and whose names are unknown, are. or may be interested in the subject to be partitioned or disposed of in this suit, I any such hets at law there be.

It is therefore ORDERED that all such persons claiming an interest in the land above described appear on or before the 15th day of FEBRUARY, 2000 in the Clerk’s office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, Post Office Box 517 238 Gay Street, Washington, Virginia, 22747, and do what is necessary to protect their interests.

It is further ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Rappahannock; that a copy of this order be posted at the front door of the qpurthouse wherein this court is held; and that a copy of this order be mailed to each defendant at the address shown by the aforesaid affidavit and which is listed above.
