Ethel Settle Turner, 89, of Culpeper died Sunday, Dec. 26 at Culpeper Health Care Center.
She was born March 12, 1910 in Rappahannock County.
She was a housewife and a member of Culpeper United Methodist Church for over 50 years.
Her parents were the late' John Henry Settle and Mollie Smith Settle.
She is survived by one brother, Carlton S. Settle of Culpeper and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, George M. Turner; one daughter,. Ruth Kyle Turner; four brothers and four sisters.
Graveside services were conducted Wednesday, Dec. 29 at Fairview Cemetery With the Rev. Marvin Cook officiating.
Clore-English Funeral Home in Culpeper was in charge of the arrangements.
