THE OBJECT of the above-styled 9qit is to partition the following real property situated in Rappahannock County, Virginia and more particularly described as follows:

All that certain tract of parcel of land (Tax Map parcel 5-22), together with any buildings and improvements thereon and privileges and appurtenances therewith connected, situate, lying and being in Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, the properly being located on the road from Poe's Road to Linden and more particularly described according to a plat and survey by J E. Sutphin, Surveyor as follows:

Lot No. 1 Beginning at a pile of stones near a

bar post on Poes Road at figure 1 on map

comer to Lot No 2 thence with said lots line

N 50 M E 71 4/5 poles to a stake in the line of

M. L. Baggarty's farm at figure 2 thence with his

line N 43 Vt W 10 poles to a point on road

leading from Poes Road to Linden at figure 3

thence with said road S 48 14 W 10 poles to

figure 4S 73 14 W 33 23/25 poles to figure 5

S 45 W 34 poles to figure 6 a pile of stones at

comer of yard on Poes Road, thence with said

road S 46 E 21 1/6 poles to the beginning containing

8 acres.

LESS AND EXCEPT THEREFROM, however, the following described tracts or parcels of land previously conveyed from the original Lot No. 1 containing 8 acres described above, which tracts are more particularly described as follows:

One- that certain tract or parcel of land, being

the southwestern portion of Lot 1 and containing

approximately 1 acre, more or less, which tract

was conveyed to Mary Frances Wells by deed

from Henry Wells, et al, dated November 28,

1914 and recorded in Deed Book 33, page 417.

Said tract of land containing 1 acre, more of leas,

was subsequently surveyed and found to comprise

the following: (1) a tract of land containing

0.644 acres as shown on a plat of survey by

Joseph G Brogan, Sr., C.L.S., dated July 28,
