As always, Mr. Jimmy Swindler, RCES PTO President, was on hand to welcome and thank other volunteers for their many efforts, and to invite everyone to support this organization which promotes so many worthwhile activities in the school. .
Teachers! Our wonderful teachers! They work tirelessly and efficiently to teach, inspire, evaluate, nurture, prepare for SOL testing, and so much more. Still they found the time to support “Making Waves” enthusiastically. They rearranged schedules, supervised students behind the scenes, excused students when necessary for rehearsals, and seldom complained. We are fortunate to have teachers who go that extra mile for our county’s children on a daily basis.
