FCCC is a non-profit corporation provid-. ing school age child care and summer camp in the Fauquier Public Schools. Applicants must meet the licensing standards as estab-' lished by the Virginia Dept, of Social Services for the Program Director position. Job responsibilities will include: staff supervision and personnel relations for a staff of 40 increasing to 100 in the summer; maintaining a positive relationship with staff, parents, school personnel, and child care professionals; administration of the overall FCCC program serving 700 children; compliance with requirements mandated by licensing , re-, quirements; preparation and management oF the $950,000 budget; and grant writing. ’"
