RCHS sponsored a Drop Everything and Read Day. Every hour, at the toning of a bell, the students and staff would drop what they were doing and read for fifteen min: utes. Many teachers did special activities in their individual classrooms to commemorate the day. Did you miss out on the fun? Don’t worry. Every day can, and should, be Read Across America Day.
