I am writing in response to Gerald Ochs'
opinion regarding the current state of the Rappahannock Hunt. As the old saying goes, opinions are like a certain part of the anatomy, “everybody’s got one.”
He’s certainly entitled to his, no matter how biased, distorted and misleading it might be. In fairness to the readers, however, he should have prefaced his piece with a statement mentioning who his landlord happens to be.
If ruffling the other hunt members feathers was his desire, then, Mr. Ochs has gotten his wish. This brings another old saying to mind, “Be careful what you wish for.”
