Mrs. Touhey was bom Jan. 19, 1905 in Rappahannock County, daughter of John William and Maggie Alice Hawes Martin. She was a lifetime honorary member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Giles B. Cook Post 53 of the American Legion.
She was married to the late Joe Cameron and the late Joseph W. Ibuhey.
Surviving are two stepsons, George Touhey and his wife Thelma and William Ibuhey and his wife Irmgard, all of Front Royal; a sister, Elizabeth Hoffman of Front Royal; 10 grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were members of the Giles B. Cook Post 53 of the American Legion.

Katherine Joan St. Clair, 66, of Washington died Sunday, May 14 at Royal Haven Rest Home in Front Royal.
She was bom Dec. 31, 1933 in Washington, D.C. She was a homemaker. The St. Clair family operated Black Kettle Restaurant for a number of years.
