"I really enjoyed this trip," Jennifer Shaver of F.T. Baptist, added. "My favorite part was working in the library and seeing all the neat old books. I think many people are already hoping to get together and do it again next year."
There was plenty of work for everyone, even five "younger youth" missionaries, ages six through ten, from the Heddleston and Teeple families. "My favorite part was working at the Sugar Shack, selling refreshments to the youth," Joy Heddleston said. To raise additional funds for EMCNE, the children opened and managed the "Sugar Shack" daily before and after dinner, from 4-5 and 7-8 p.m.
