since his youth in 4-H, Madson has spent his entire working career in agricultural production or policy work. In 1999 he was one of 16 US farmer delegates to the North American European Agricultural Conference in Tbrku, Finland. He will be a delegate to the 2000 meeting of the conference in Quebec City in October.
The CSWCD promotes the stewardship of soil and water by educating and providing technical assistance to the residents of Culpeper, Greene, Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock counties.
