Actor and singer, John Schneider, who portrayed good ol' boy' Bo Duke’ on the hit TV series The Dukes of Hazzard' will appear at Cooter's Place in Sperryville on Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 12 and 13 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Besides having a string of country music hits, singing with symphony orchestras, and starring in Broadway musicals, Schneider has appeared in numerous feature films, miniseries and television movies.
Cooter s Place is a 'Dukes of Hazzard theme store featuring a Dukes museum and live entertainment. The proprietor is non other than Cooter' himself, Ben Jones, the former Congressman who portrayed the trusty sidekick to the Duke boys.
On Saturday afternoon, Cooter's Garage Band will perform and Sunday afternoon will feature bluegrass with two bands, Lost River and James Bailey and Briarpatch
Admission is free. "Ya'll come" says Cooter'.
