BANK COURIER
Duties may vary, but generally include processing and delivery of all mall, interoffice deliveries and transportation. May have additional responsibilities related to maintaining adequate bank supplies. Must be able to lift 20 pounds. Courier to use bank vehicle to make three rounds of mail/supply delivery and pick-up at Middleburg, Leesburg, Purcellvllle and Ashburn branches. Candidates must have a good driving record. Hours are 8:30am to 5:00 pm.
SUPPORT STAFF TELLER
(UTILITY TELLER)
Responsibilities include receiving and paying out moneys, maintain accurate records of all transactions, cash checks within assigned limits, accept saving deposits and withdrawals, verify signatures, post interest and balances as required. Accept loan, credit card and other payments. Issues money prders. cashier's and traveler s checks, and issues or redeems savings bonds. Prepares daily settlements of teller “cash and proof transactions. Promotes the bank's services. Answers questions, and directs customers to appropriate department for specialized services. May provide other customer services, such as preparation of collection letters and deposits to appropriate accounts, exchange of negotiable .(terns (e g., cashier" and traveler" checks, certificates ol de ■posit, foreign currency, and savings bonds), and processing of transactions and verifications related to commercial loans. May also provide customer services on the banking floor in eluding the opening of new accounts, balancing ol checkbooks, and resolution of customer inquiries. Approves the cashing of checks and -withdrawal of funds irom accounts. May handle a variety of customer problems either through direct personal action or referral to the proper department. In this position, the Support Service Representative will be available to all branches of the bank (Middleburg. I>ur cellville. Leesburg and Ashburn) to cover teller and customer service responsibilities in the event of staff shortage.
