• At the evening session, the Board unanimously voted to approve an amendment t<J the zoning chapter of the County Code that removes the 200 foot limit on the distance of family apartments from the primary home in cases in which the BZA finds comi pelling reason to do so (such as topographic conditions). The amendment adds the lam guage "except upon a writteij finding by the BZA to be recorded in the permit." 1
