The dates for the fifth annual festival of Rappahannock music have been set for Saturday, Sept. 9 and Sunday Sept. 10, rain or shine. The two-day festiI val is sponsored by the musicians, all of whom will be playing for free, and a 100 percent volunteer staff. This I annual concert is free, including free parking and free admission. Now is the time for all local musicians to register by contacting Brian Ross at Mountainside Market.
To qualify for playing, a musician must live in or near Rappahannock County or must be able to demonstrate some other strong connection to the area. In the case of bands and ensembles,
