The Rappahannock County Democratic Committee will gather on Tuesday, Sept. 4 at 7:30 p.m. at the Rappahannock Library. The agenda will include updates on the Tim Kaine town meeting as well as continued Get out the Vote planning. Yard signs and campaign materials will be available from the Mark Warner, Tim Kaine and Donald McEachin campaigns.
