1ms concert is a culminating event—it is the first public presentation of the work of 600 Rappahannock kid-songwriters and the scores of talented musicians, producers, and volunteers who transformed the kidwritten songs into an album that should stand high on the charts and will stay long on CD players in Rappahannock.
Advance tickets for the Tidal Wave of Song concert are $10 for adults, $5 for children 16 and under, and complimentary for the children song writers and for children 5 and under, and are available in Rappahannock at Rae’s Place and Talk of the Town, by calling 540987-3311, or by visiting www.kidpanalley.org.
Orders can be placed too for the Tidal Wave of Song CD ($15), Tidal Wave of Song T-Shirts ($15), and for Tidal Wave of Song Greeting Cards ($12.95/ box of 10). Proceeds will fund music enrichment programs for Rappahannock County’s children.
