Rappahannock County will hold two public hearings to discuss the Dry Well Replacement Program (DWRP) which provides financial assistance to low and moderate income households who experienced a complete Ic&s of water as a result of last year’s drought
The hearings will be held on Thursday, Jan. 9 at 10 am. and Thursday, Jan. 16 at 3 p.m. at the county courthouse on Gay Street
