United Way
The Piedmont United Way (PUW) is lagging in donations this year, having raised only 50% of its goal of $500,000. The PUW funds such programs as meals for homebound senior citizens through meal deliveiy by the Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board. A donation of $25 per week helps 10 homeless families.
