Henze, Lily Day and Stevie Ross for joining Culpeper in the first half. Morgan Flournoy, Kara Corbin and Emma Dodd again, played for Culpeper in the second half.
The girls gave it all they had playing for Culpeper and gave our team a good workout. Isabelle Eastham was on fire scoring the first two goals of the game. Hannah Rosenbaum and Kendra Settle both scored with great individual effort. Marcella Wallace scored on a great thro win and pass from a teammate and Kara Corbin also scored in the first half.
Best of all though was the way the girls were passing to the wings and working together. On thro wins by the opposing team, they were all calling out to each other to back up and cover the throwin. Our thro wins were quick, with people moving upheld. The goals were icing on the cake. The good passing and communication among the girls is promising for the future.
