We always knew she was in charge.
During harvest she would eat the fallen grapes, which led us to believe if she liked our grapes, so would you.
Chamois Blanc began its life last fall as a white table wine.
However, as it matured, it became evident that this wine was a winner.
The taste is semi-dry with hints of pineapple and litchi.
We have made only a small amount of Chamois Blanc, so come enjoy the beautiful scenery and visit our Tasting Room to sample it and out other wines.
