Rappahannock News Photo/Mark Sypher The weather didn’t dampen the spirits of runners or onlookers as a field of more than 200 runners took to Fodderstack Road for the 25th running of the 10K Classic between Flint Hill and Little Washington on Saturday. While Phillip Thomas of Sperryville was the overall winner of the Fodderstack and the Eva Smith Memorial (38:32) in the male division, Monika Bracken won in the female division with a time of 44:58.
