Hampton District School Board vacancy created bv the resignation of Rose Ann Sharp, I indicated a present intent, if appointed, to seek a full term in the November, 2003 general election.
Circumstances have changed since last year. Accordingly, I will not be a candidate for a full term.
"This has been a difficult decision.
I thank the School Board for giving me the opportunity to serve.
I look forward to continuing to represent the people of the Hampton District until January, 2004.
