our Superintendent. Her effective presentation of this year s budget was the decisive factor in the Board of Supervisors decision to fund most of the School Boards request.
Our public schools are in good hands. We have a dedicated School Board, an outstanding faculty, a knowledgeable, efficient, administrative staff, a new Superintendent with a compelling vision for the future and a Board of Supervisors that has demonstrated its commitment to the principle that the key to our future is better education today.
Serving on the School Board is an honor. There is, in county government, no higher calling.
