expresses sorrow
The Washington Town Council wishes to express its sorrow at the passing of Barbara Wayland. Throughout her career at the Rappahannock News she was a force for truth and journalistic integrity. She worked for the protection and enhancement of the quality of life in the county and in the Town of Washington.
