contested high jump competition. The top four competitors ail cleared the height of 4' 10" with the final standings determined by previous misses. Samantha Brown finished in a close sixth-place, clearing 4’ 8”. The girls combined for nine points in the event.
The girls 4 x 100m relay team (Jami Jacobs, Mattie Nawrocki, Courtney Hutcheson and Ryisha Cook) ran to a season-best 53.83 secpnds, nearly one second better than their district meet performance, to finish third in the event. The relay team captured six points and will also represent RCHS at next week's meet.
The 4 x 400m relay team (Lisa Maloney, Kelsey Hutcheson, Anna Kreyling, and Courtney Hutcheson) continued, to improve with a 4:37.84 time, nearly one second faster than their previous best of 4:38.63. The girls placed sixth in the event, adding one point to complete the team's scoring for the day (42 points).
