Mary Elizabeth Snead of Washington was graduated May 13 from Mary Washington College, Fredericksburg with a bachelor of arts degree. She is the daughter of Judge and Mrs. R. V. Snead. Libby has joined the Peace Corps and will go to Maylasia in July.
The Rappahannock Girls Track Team closed out a brilliant season on Saturday with a second place finish in the state meet at Charlottesville. Jamelle Prudhum was a standout competitor, racking up 22 points for wins in the 220 and 440 yard aashes. In the 220 Jamelle flew to a new state record of 25.7 seconds.
