Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance Services has awarded a $1,000 U.S. Savings Bond to Phyllis C. Strange and Laura Kestner of Rappahannock County for the successful completion of the Teenage Driver Safety and Education Program.
The program is designed to save the lives of Virginia teens by rewarding safe, responsible teenage drivers. Since the program’s inception in 1996, Virginia Farm Bureau has invested $1 million, by awarding savings bonds to young drivers in each of Virginia’s 95 counties.
