But that is not the reason that I am writing this letter; the reason is because I have read stories in the Rappahannock News, like the column in the June 10 edition, “Teen drivers cautioned about driving risks,” and I have been disgusted to find that the writer has written horrible things like, “the tragic death of a younger brother in Rappahannock at the hands of his older brother.”
