Mrs. W.A. Mr. and Mrs. William Carrigan of Washington have issued their annual invitation to Rappahannock County for an Independence Day Celebration at Avon Hall. The two Gulf stations, B&B Gulf on Rt. 211 and Baldwin’s Gulf in Washington, are receiving 80 and 75 percent, respectively, of normal gas allotments.
