Daniel J. Cilverti, 44, of Amissville was arrested and charged with domestic assault of a family member last week and is being held in the Rappahannock County Jail>

Burglary
The Rappahannock County Sheriff’s office responded to a call on Battle Mountain in Amissville last week for a reported burglary of a firearm. A small Derringer was last seen when the i owner was showing it to an acquaintance who had been invited into the home. Sheriff Larry Sherertz reported that there is a suspect and the incident is under investigation.
