August 31, 6:16 p.m. A female complainant informed Rappahannock County Deputies that she had been threatened with a firearm. As she pulled into Settle’s Store in Flint Hill , David Lee Jones, 52 of Flint Hill was exiting the parking lot. According to the complainant, Jones pointed a firearm at her from the cab of his vehicle and told her “I’m going to kill you.” Jones was charged with brandishing a firearm and arrested by Deputy First Class tbny Leake.
