Placement Biology. Gressler’s other co-workers are Mrs. Emma Sue Amos, who will teach eighth grade Algebra; and Mrs. Tisha Weaver, who will teach Physics, Chemistry, Science 8 and 9, and a new class in Advanced Placement Environmental Science.

Amanda Hoffman will teach grade three this year. With a Master’s of Arts in Teaching degree from Mary Baldwin College and experience as a classroom teacher in the primary grades within the Shenandoah County public school system, she brings high energy and enthusiasm to her new assignment, as well as a degree in nursing.

WCDS faculty will start the new year both energized and well prepared, with five teachers having recently completed courses at Advanced Placement Institutes.
