Invitation For Bids: High School Wastewater Treatment System Repairs
Rappahannock County High School
The Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors is soliciting bids from persons or firms to provide all excavation, grading and repair of piping serving the RCHS wastewater treatment facility. The work includes the provision of all supervision, labor and materials to accomplish the site preparation, grading and repair as outlined in specifications prepared by ESS, Inc. Project is to commence as soon as possible after a Notice to Proceed which shall be issued upon aw ard, but is to be completed not later than January 31, 2006. All terms and conditions are outlined in a plan package available from the County Administration Office. All bids must be received at the County Administrator's Office, Old Extension Office, 290 Gay, Street, P.O. Box 519, Washington, VA 22747 by Thursday, December 22, 2005, by 3:00 PM, at which time they will be opened and publicly read. "Die terms of Competitive Sealed Bidding as set forth in the Virginia Public Procurement Act shall apply' The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all, bids.
