helps provide money for uniforms, sports equipment and other needs that our athletes have that our athletic budget . does not cover. We work very hard and we do it freely.
Members past and present helped to raise money for the football program. We kept our end of the bargain by raising twenty-five thousand dollars to pay for the first two years of the football program. We did this without the help of the taxpayers, except for those whom so generously donated to the program. I am proud to say that we still have money in the football fund and it has been four years. It is time for the county to take responsibility for the needs of the high; school sports program. We can not reuse the money for the new track alone. Other counties have Wal-Marts and shopping malls that provide tax money for their schools. We don’t want to go there! (And please
