Part-Time Position with Loudoun Countv Mental Health and Substance Abuse Sen ices at the Eastern Loudoun Medical Health C enter Position will bo responsible for the maintenance of client medical records, evening front office duties, ensuring records are in compliance with State, Federal, Medicaid and HIPAA regulations and licensure. Will also be responsible for the data entry of demographics and performing quality assurance of the records. Other duties include providing customer service and responding to inquires both in person and by telephone, provide client check-in sen ice, issue sen ice tickets and receipt of payments Requires a working knowledge of computerized data collection svstems and data entrv proficiency with excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Requires High School diploma or equivalent and at least four wars of related experience. Prefer Associates Degree and at least two years of related experience. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of criminal background check, TB test and CPR./First Aid certification (CPR/First Aid mav be obtained after employment) Driving record check and valid drivers license.
