The Village vumvpt has now taken oft' across the country, anti though most of* these grassroots orgunC nations have grown up tn more urban areas, some rural areas are considering; how such a model might work for them Rappahannock is certainly a different community than Capitol KUL but the spirit of cooperation that has been the key to success in the city certainly abounds here as well, and there may well be ideas that could be adapted from the Village model that would have value here.
