• $4,000 lower purchase price to buy one smaller school bus compared to the cost of a full size bus. New 35-passenger bus will be used on one of our longest, most sparsely populated routes to save approximately $2,000 annually in fuel costs.
• The total proposed budget of $12,063,799 is $33,135 lower than the school budget of $12,096,934 approved by the Supervisors in May 2007 for the current school year.
