Salmon resembled a man caught on State Police video of a traffic stop on the morning of April 28 along Route 211 by Trooper Chris Roop, according to the Sheriff's Office. At the time of Salmon’s arrest yesterday, officials said he was wearing a red T-shirt and had his pants tucked into his sock as did the passenger of the Lincoln Continental who was not charged in that incident. Both of these are indicators of gang involvement, said law enforcement sources.
