Todd Gilbert, Republican, who represents Rappahannock in the Virginia House of Delegates, is an imposing man. Standing over six feet, he is built like a football lineman, and one might assume that his political ideology is as urunovable as his stature.
Gilbert. .18, who lives in Woodstock, is ronning for a third term in the House representing the 15th District which also includes Page, Shenandoah and Rockingham counties.
One might also make a second assumption that strong opinions mask a lack of critical thought.
This is not the case with Gilbert.
