Italian night
Remember to circle May 16 on your calendar to dine at the Washington Volunteer Fire & Rescue all-you-can-eat Italian buffet. The dinner includes spaghetti and meatballs, also vegetarian sauce, baked ziti, Jasagna including vegetarian lasagna, garlic bread, salad and desserts. The cost for adults, $10 and for children 10 and under, $5. The dinner will start at 5 p.m. Remember you are supporting your local volunteer fire and rescue department.
Yard Sale
On Saturday, May 9 there will be a yard sale, if it is not raining, bv the Aaron Mountain Strutters - National Wildlife Turkey Federation at The Trading Post Gun Shop from 7a.m., to 2 p.m. There will be jewelry, clothes, books, toys, glassware. electronics, etc. All proceeds will go to a local scholarship and all money stays in the community.
